Beautifully decorated 2400 square feet with 4 bedroom, 3 full baths and a separate study. Sleeps 8 guests comfortable. Garage not available for parking. Overlooking the Rotonda River from your backyard, you will be amazed by all the wildlife every day as the variety of animals put on a show for you. Enjoy swimming with a privacy screen in the heated salt water pool. The Southern exposure ensures that your face will be kissed by the Florida sunshine as you drift in pool floats and listen to tunes on the Bose speaker. Light up the weber grill and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The master suite is spacious with a king bed and glass sliding doors to the pool area. Attached is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, large separate tub, separate water closet, walk-in closet and 2 vanities. Secondary bedrooms have twins x2, queen and a king bed. Three of the bedrooms have smart TV's. (Basic cable in living room. TV's in bedrooms have Roku for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc.) Each of the three bathrooms has a tub and shower and there is an additional outdoor shower as well in the pool area. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with extras such as a Keurig, Nutri-bullet, food processor and much more. Dining options at the breakfast bar, nook table in kitchen or formal dining room for 8. Separate living room with large TV and a library/office/den for reading, journaling, and further relaxation. The entire home is wifi enabled. Computer at your disposal as well as printer. Please use the beach chairs, a large beach umbrella and beach towels, two bikes and coolers for your day at the beach or to bike some trails. In the home are family board games, puzzles, adult coloring books, DVD's and various books and magazines. All for your use and enjoyment. The salt water pool is South facing. A Weber grill with one tank of propane is included in your rental. Dogs (less than 20lbs) only upon approval. Dog fee 250.00 (additional dog 100.00) + taxes. Fee charged separately. Cats not accepted. 10% discount for 30 days or more. Pool heat included in reservations October-April.
